For those of you who havent been to Oatlands, it is a historic town on the Midlands Highway between Northern and Southern Tasmania. It boasts the only working mill in the Southern Hemisphere (Callington Mill) where artisan flours are produced and supplied to bakeries, restaurants etc. The Mill and its sails have recently been restored/replaced after a lengthy fundraising process. The Mill is surrounded by beautiful Georgian buildings, and is a pcturesque place to visit all year round. Check it out!My parcel of necklaces, pendants, brooches, flying ducks, canvases and muscial Tassie Devil has been delivered, and are now awaiting new homes.
