1. The christmas tree doesnt ever fit back into the box as compactly in January as it did when it emerged in December;
2. The decorations are put away with a whole lot less love and excitement as when they came out in December;
3. No matter how much we hope that the cheer of christmas will bring about good behaviour from children, it only seems to bring out greed;
4. When does the festive season officially end? ie when is it no longer acceptable to eat more than usual? Can it stretch out to Australia Day? Easter?
